Episode 10: Life in animal agriculture and new labeling policies for GMOs
In episode 10, Kat and Rashida interview Leanne Wiley, M.S. about her education and career in animal agriculture. Leanne graduated from Texas A&M Kingsville in 2010 with her Bachelors in Animal Science, and from Texas A&M College Station in 2013 with her Masters, specializing in Beef Cattle Nutrition. In a new position, she will be an inspector responsible for ensuring the health of beef cattle for the state of Texas. Using her familiarity with agriculture, Leanne weighs in on a discussion of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and the impact of new labeling laws.
